Guys like to play and watch sports, have a few laughs
tease the girls, act witty, easily make gaffs
loving hard work, to grow and master their crafts
lazing about when day is done, cleaning hafts
showing off, acting like monkeys or giraffes
sticking their necks out, holding onto their staffs
getting hands dirty, not taking any crap
helping damsels in distress, taking a nap
holding a girl in their arms and on their lap
loving adventures, avoiding the man trap
wanting to tame nature, drink what is on tap
to be a good dad, boys grow up, fill the gap.

bobbie pins, straight pins, safety supports
to fix hair, fasten halters and shorts
hoping nothing falls off to show warts
wanting to look their best, good reports
wanting guys to look, not touch, good sports
girls may love to bake, cooking maybe
cookies, pies and cakes for their baby
their lover, kids that drive them crazy
using baking tins, feeling lazy
their minds in the clouds, musing, hazy

| There is no excuse for abuse, ever! Everyone comes down a different path in life and we are all unique. When we let fear get in the way of love and set false expectations for others, we commit the greatest sin of all. We all have a dark side, every last single one of us. If we have to bottle it up, then we aren't free to be who and what we are and love can't grow in any relationship as such. To my closest friends I am able to bare my dark side, and so should you w/o being criticized! I am free soul, who believes in primarily two things, love and the laws of nature, along with doing as little real harm as possible. I don't need a close minded woman in my life to tell me how to live. I know how and never knew a woman who was as wise as me to date. It takes two to tango, meaning being open minded and a good communicator. Two or more complementary souls can make a relationship of any type work if they put their hearts and souls into it. I am retired, 67 yo, write poetry now and have for the past 5 years pretty much every day, and used to write fantasy stories for kinky women/girls. I have 3 sons who are the light of my life and I live in the great NW where it is very scenic and inspiring. I love music, coming from a very musical family, nature and traveling some. I have studied relationships for quite a few years, going on whatever sites I could best learn from, even the taboo ones. Even an angel has to get its wings dipped into the gutter to know what it's about and like for those who live there, by their own volition or not! I know now not to judge others just by the superficiality of their looks or manners. |
